Once you have placed your order you will receive an email followed by a call from your assigned Assessor to arrange suitable appointment

When completed the EPC will be emailed to you and if applicable also your Estate/Letting Agent. The email contains a link to the Governments Central EPC Register, ensuring authenticity.
